Gus Ramirez Artist’s Talk & Salt Etching Demo

Gus Ramirez showed our wonderful crowd how to engrave an image onto a coated copper or aluminum plate with intaglio tools, etch it in a non-toxic salt bath, ink up the plate and print it on paper at our free community event last Saturday, August 9th. We also got to enjoy Gus’ thoughtful and insightful talk about his exciting interdisciplinary artwork.
