About Us
Cherry Press Printmaking is a studio workshop, formerly located in Rutland, Massachusetts. With the help of our generous sponsors, Wilmington Works, we have re-opened at the historic ArtHouse building at 12 South Main Street, in downtown Wilmington, Vermont. Popular with skiers, outdoor adventurers, tourists and Vermont residents, Wilmington is a bustling town, nestled in the gorgeous Green Mountains of Vermont.
Cherry Press Printmaking provides an attractive, friendly setting for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to learn and practice the fine art of printmaking.
We offer classes, events, memberships, studio & equipment use, sales, collaborative fine art and printing services. We also do offsite printmaking workshops and demonstrations.
We have facilities for screen printing, letterpress, Century Plate Lithography, positive-working photographic processes (screen printing, photo-litho and polymer plates), relief printing (woodcut/linocut), collagraph and monotype printmaking.
Our focus is to research and promote new, safer and less toxic printmaking techniques that are better for artists and our environment.
Never printed before? No problem!
Cherry Press Printmaking is the place to begin…
